Re: 2017 GTG

I know this is a Pajero gathering, but will you accept a dinosaur on the show?

Re: 3.2 Di-D Diagnostic DIY - without scan tool

Does this OBDII also work on the 3.8V6 MIVEC? When I browse their websites I can't find my car on the lists.

Re: Traction Indicator Lights creating a problem in Pajero S

I delivered a 2003 DiD to a friend a number of years ago with exactly those symtoms. In his case it turned out to be the vacuum pump.

I have a question now for the clever guys on the forum: will the V6 have a vacuum pump or will it operate off the manifold negative pressure?

Re: Control arm bushes

So it turned out to be a Fortuner from the Toyota dealer - two wheel drive D4D auto with 18k on the clock. Nice car, but I didn't really like the box and ride is quite hard. That said, my new shocks and new bushes have firmed up the old Pajero's ride as well - I think I like it. Sent from my GT-I9305

Re: Control arm bushes

Cats, I'm not quite sure I follow your "itch" comment. I have been throwing money at the old guy, if that is what you mean? Not sure if I could have avoided any of those costs, but it would be great if it will stop now. I keep reminding myself what a new Pajero will cost. I had three hours...

Re: Control arm bushes

We couldn't replicate the knock at the suspension boys. Testing the bushes showed the following: Lower control arms - perfect Upper control arms - 50% and will replace. Swaybar bushes fine Rear trailing arms - both sides, both ends out of shape and movement and will replace. Their shock tester is no...
