Maybe first just make sure all the abs sensors are clean and also check that the teethed ring that it meausures on is clean and not damaged in any way right around. I had a similar type of thing some time ago, not exact though, and it turned out to be the teethed ring that took a knock on a stone somewhere with one tooth bent slightly.
Hopefully all 4 wheels have the same sensor. Maybe buy one secondhand/ new and fit one by one on each wheel untill you get the guilty one if it does turn out to be a stuffed sensor.
