6G74 GDI High Pressure Pump MD367152

Hello there, I have DTC P0190 (Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor) on a 6G74. How do I test it with a digital multimeter? Alternatively, how do I increase the pressure on the high fuel pump unit (MD367152)?
I also have DTC P0443 (Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit). Where is this valve located?
Symptoms are that the engine starts with some noise (similar to noise from the throttle flap!) from the engine and occasionally hesitates (and loss of power) on the highway bringing up these two codes. Otherwise vehicle runs OK if this does not happen.
