Knocking noise, Im at my wits end - please help

Have been reading all comments and have the same problem. My car has 220 000 km on the clock. The noise was never there till i had my front wheel bearings replaced 12 months ago. Still no luck in tracng the problem. Just had my shocks replaced last week - Bilsteins C6. Old shocks were really shot and not replaced due to noise. Noise still there but it eliminates all shock related issues. Will go going back to my guy tomorrow and keep giving feedback. Will also share your stories with him.
