ABS, ASC and Skid Dashboard Lights

Good day. On startup my ABS, ASC and Skid yellow dashboard lights remained illuminated and there was a constant warning siren. I also had fluid leaking onto the carport floor. The Pajero is in the workshop and I have been told that the brake motor? needs to be replaced. Original part: R 70 000 including labour. 2nd hand part: R 35 000 including labour. I need to get more details from the workshop before I make any decisions. Any idea what problems I could be facing? Are there any cheaper fixes? Many thanks.
