Ok so you told me so. But what do I do now ? Do I go to a pannel beater and ask them to weld it ? Any places in centurion that is recomended ?

I have a new bosal towbar with 4 bolts found the damage when I removed the existong towbar to fit the new one.

Yes. Take it to panelbeater and have them fix and while they are at it strengthen that area. Be sure to give them the towbar to fit as well as you might find later that their panelbeating have left you with non standard towbar mounting points. If they have the towbar there they will make sure the holes line up.

Ps - I am asuming you have a crack on the chassis as I cant seem to access your photo.
