I have a Mitsubishi Pajero 2006 GLX LWB
From what I understand the front recovery points fitted by Mitsubishi are sufficient.
At the rear however I cant seem to get any clear ansers as to what recovery points other fitted or what would be sufficient.
I currently have a BTM tow bar fitted with what looks like recovery points to me.
The plate it self is 8 mm or 10 mm it started raining when I measured and connected to the chassis with 2 x 8.8 bolts it is however bent 90 degrees from where it is connected to the chassis.
There is also a 10 mm round bar welded into the bend

1) Are these recovery points ?
2) Are the TOW BAR RECOVERY HITCH adapters that fit into the removable square tube any good ?
3) If they are not suitable not what are the options ?
