Pajero 4m41 motor Valve Assembly Emision Solenoid problem

HI All Hope you're well and having trouble free travelling in your Pajero's . Does anybody know where I can source either an after market Valve Assembly emission Solenoid for a 2001 Pajero 3.2 DID (4M41 motor) part number ME190545 or alternately a second hand one. Also is there anybody who has a drawing(schematic if possible) of how this part should be fitted and how it operates. IS it possible to remove this part without any mechanical risk to the vehicle if its driven without this part. My car is running but cuts out every now and again. All and any feedback or information is greatly appreciated. Thanks again all
