Fri Aug 25, 2017 8:45 am

Hi there, please assist with some advice - I drive a 2005 short wheel base pajero - she is in need of new shocks and need some advice as to what make I should buy - please keep in mind that I do not do offroading with her - do sometimes drive gravel roads but nothing extreme - also advice on what tires to fit would be welcome!

Thank you in advance. :)

Hi Linkie.
I am not to clued up as some of the members that runs Pajero Gen 1 to current.
I have a Pajero LWB Monday past i fitted front and rear shocks at Tonnesen/Best Drive (Diep Rivier in Southern Suburbs C.T. ) at a cost of R4162. The brand fitted was Monroe.
My previous brand was Bilstein.

Remember if you search shock absorbers on the forum you will find a lot of valuable info which brand is best suitable for your make vehicle.
I also searched my shock defect on the forum.
Hope this is of some help to you.

Best Regards.

Thank you so much for the advice Hugen - will definitely look into searching the forum for shock advice - I was told that Monroe is a good quality.

Have a good weekend.
