45deg (100%) is very steep!

No need to hide! You'll eventually hanker for a Mitsu :) In the meantime perhaps we can still help.

I agree - 30° is my limit. Beyond that, I must be REALLY in trouble to try anything steeper.

My wife's brain is connected to the speedo on-road, and to the "omdonder-meter" off-road. I both instances there is a terrible nagging whining alarm that goes off when certain limits are exceeded. It even melts down the testosterone telling me to "go for it"!

It is so risky to go to 40+°, and the risk simply doesn't justify the "bragging rights" or whatever reward is obtained.

I do not doubt this is seriously steep but methinks poetic licence from the camera angles

What angle?

I don't know where that was taken, but here in South Africa grass prefers to grow upright! :D

That video was from Moegatle 4x4 track near Pretoria and is called Koos se Klip or Tsogwe. It might be somewhat exagerated on the video but it still is somewhere that I will not personaly do easily. This is what happens if you don't get it right!! :o

That guy was lucky... I'm sorry but I just don't see the point of putting your assets and lives at risk by doing this kind of thing. What does it really prove??
