After first swing over didn't start, I immediately knew I forgot to connect the fuel cut off solenoid wire.

Second try and she purred to life. Man the satisfaction is immense - makes me think back to when I did my Pajero engine as well, that also started on second swing over after I bypassed the dodgy isolater switch.
