My starting problem has been resolved.
Replaced the Battery not the Problem R 1580.00
Replaced Glow plugs not the Problem R 4800.00
Had the starter reconditioned .. Problem resolved R1200.00

Thank you Freek from Mitspro I highly recommend Pajero Owners in Pretoria to use Mispro

Similar problem ... starter motor brushes were going. Fixed with a starter motor rebuild

I have the same problem. Starts ok when the engine Is cold, but when it`s warm It takes 5-8 second befor It starts.
Glowplugg, relay, battery is okay as same as you. Sounds strange that you just changed the starter and It`s works fine. Why should It more difficult too start the car when the engine Is warm?
But I am glad It worked out for you.
