Losing power

I bought a 2004 Pajero 3.2 SWB recently. To get extra oemf I took it to get a performance chip fitted. Guys told me I have a problem because the vehicle only delivers 92 kw in stead of the normal 121. They told me it could be the manifold that is blocked. Looks like trial and error-time for me.
Anybody have some ideas?

There is a guy called Stan on a plot on Cedar Road next door to the Montessori school, I don't have the details handy but I'm sure a quick search will reveal all.
