Nope, sorry - I haven't done anything yet. It has only occurred twice... under heavy prolonged acceleration on a steep uphill (flat foot).
As mentioned before - the error code was for a waste gate malfunction... so I assume it is a sticky (dirty) waste gate, or the waste gate actuator that is faulty.
Have you had the error code check via diagnostics?

I'm waiting for feedback from mitsu regarding timing, tappets and compression test.
If that all checks out I will sort out the injectors myself and troubleshoot the wastegate myself. Hopefully just a vacuum tube that I bumped by mistake - I haven't checked that yet. Seems like it is a more common problem than I first anticipated after scouring the net.
Checking a wastegate operation and fixing is fairly straightforward.
