You will see an improvement but the biggest benefit will be seen at 300k, that is when the engine without it is shot and yours is only just run in

This tip is as old as motoring and has benefited every "new technology" engine since when. I am sure if they had used it in the moon buggy it would have worked as well

I usually just add a 200ml bottle or 250ml per full tank.

The ratio should be rather 200:1 or 250:1. If you put more 2SO you might get excess build up and smoke.
