R150 and R300 for the 2 sensors if I remember correctly.
About the chip - you can buy a by-pass plug to by-pass the chip so you can compare.
Hows the lifters? Noisy?
Maybe do a compression test??
if you can wait until the weekend I'll strip mine again and take pics of the sensors for you as it's a 10 min job to replace them and easier than doing a kitchen tap washer

I can definitely wait! Thank you so very much for the offer to take pics and upload it! People always talk about the cameraderie and friendliness among Land Rover owners, but I am convinced there is a much closer bond between Pajero owners - proud to say that I am now one of this clan! 
Lifters are pretty noisy, but much better after it went for a very much needed service at Mitspro last Friday. I needed the car back pretty urgently, so I sort of rushed them slightly. It will have to go back to them again though, because there is another couple of things I'd like them to have a look at.
I await your photos with bated breath, and will replace or clean those sensors first before taking it for a chip re-map or replacement, which might cost me more than what is necessary.

1. Take off cover
2. Unplug and then unscrew 2 sensors. Clean (or replace - recommended)
3. As per Marius' diagram - the open port is for 1994 model senor only
