3.8 Petrol - To chip or not to chip

Hi

I am considering the have a unichip installed in my 3.8 Pajero as well as a free flow system. What are your experience in this regard. Full convertion to expensive!!

freeflow will help but don't mess with the ecu of a very reliable engine.
