Re: Pajero Startup Shudder
Hi Guys . . So I have blanked my EGR went for a full diagnostic on the fuel pump with no errors. Cleaned all negative terminals but still the problem persists. 50PPM diesel makes the it much and I do mean mych worse. I friend suggested a possible leaking injector but they also test fine. I love my car and it really does not bother me but I test drove a 2006 GLS and for sure starting is much better
Re: Pajero Startup Shudder
The problem with my car is still there and the description of the problems described by Kokkie and Top Heavy matches my problem as well. I only run on 50PPM and cannot vouch for the difference between that and 500PPM. One observasion though is that if the car was parked in the sun during these hot summer days we are currently having, the problem is worse. Perhaps high under bonnet temperature causes some fuel perculation in the fuel line resulting in air bubbles in the system. Can any of you guys confirm this as being true in your situation as well?

Are there any comments on the video of my throttle valve a few posts up in this thread ? It all looks fine to me.
