Hello,
I'm Rui and i'm Portuguese. I have a Mitsubishi Pajero 3.2 DID of year 2000 with 96,000 klms.
Can someone give me some tips how to change the engine coolant on the 3.2 DID. My biggest question is how to bleed the air out.
Thanks and regards from Portugal
Rui
Remove radiator drain plug
Drain coolant
Remove top radiator hose and thermostat
Use garden hose on low settings to flush coolant
Remove heater pipes. Flish coolant with hose
Put all hoses back, put heater front and rear on full
Park nose up
Fill with coolant while idling with thermostat removed. Squeeze hoses
Once you can't get more in put thermostat back and park nose up, fill radiator while idling.
Proceed with caution. If you get it wrong you will toast the motor. If you are unsure of the procedure get a reputable workshop to do it with a guarantee
