I have just bought a 2008 3.2 D SWB Paj. Motor plan about to run out.
At what Km's is the belt to be replaced?

the 3.2 has a chain. It's a lifetime item and doesn't need changing.
There isn't even high mileage items to replace as the oil pressure sensor and the timing chain guide has been updated on the gen4 models.
Just replace oils and filters regularly and it will last you well over 400'000km and much beyond if looked after.
