CATS, my car does exactly that, the rough idling goes between 1200-2000 RPM only, now you thing the timing is ahead or behind? Also I have noticed about the wrong speed reading, when I'm going at Km 60 it reads Km 85 and so.

Sounds like the infamous speed sensors on the pump. Dont do anything until you have replaced the two speed sensors.
