Encouraged by the response of other Forum members I have decided to take my '97 3500 Pajero to Alan & Greg at ANG services (Killarney Gardens Cape Town) for a Cambelt replacement (246 000km) service.Alan meticulously has explained every detail of the service that was done .I really felt that my vehicle was treated with kid gloves.Even the Belly plates have been removed for checking the overall condition of the vehicle.
In the mean time I have done almost 2 000 problem free km's on a recent road trip to the Karoo (using the back roads ).From the letters published on the forum and by listening to other people talking , it has become clear that many owners of their vehicles experience these days second class service from both dealers and other service providers.It seems that 'proud' and 'consistance' in quality of service is not a priority for most anyways.So Yes I would strongly suggest Alan & his team at ANG which give real answers and listens.Well done and many thanks for a great service experience - ANG!.Regards Jacques
