Hi guys,

I've been following your forum for a while

Thank you for all the good advice that I got of you threads

I'm the proud owner of a 2000 Pajero 3.5 GLS LWB

The only concerning thing is that I bought this vheical with 25700km on, but I got a good deal on it

I've done about 3000km with it and there is only a few problems:

1. Noisy lifters - I did an oil change with prolong
2. A 4x4 srnsor on the gearbox seems to be faulty, the centre diff lock light flashes sometime
3. The real oil main seem be be leaking, not bad but it's wet
4. A slight vibration on the props haft

I don't really know how much miles are left on the engine but it doesn't use any oil or water and does not smoke at all

Is there any advice that someone can give me?
Anything to look out for?

Thanks

Re: New member - 4x4 indicator
There are two sensors switches on the transfer box. Check that they both have aluminium washers fitted. One of the washers is probably missing and this will cause intermittent operation of the 4x4 indicator.
