Hi everyone, looking for some advice for finding a part.
My 2003 Paj 3.2D has a crack in the intercooler core, the dealership found it (it makes a huge wind noise).
I took it to Radiator King in Cape Town and they say its not fixable due to the position and extent of the damage. They also can't just order a new one as my car isn't listed on their supplier's stock list (Nissen).
They have to take it out and send it off to have a new one made up to spec, which means i go without a car for 5 days!
Can anyone tell me where I can get a replacement part or which part to specify for them?

SAC wanted to sell me a super dooper intercooler some years ago. Why not give them a call?

I'm an "OEM type guy" myself, but the SAC chappie had a compelling argument, complete with cut-away drawings and technical descriptions and performance graphs. They were actually marketing it along-side a performance chip.
If I was in the position of having to replace an I/T, then I would consider the SAC option - IF it comes at a reduced cost and if it is more readily available.
