Anyone with information where I can buy a remanufactured or reconditioned engine for my Pajero, 2.8 TDi, 1998 model please help. Seems I have substantial damage to my engine due to overheating and not sure if it´s worth repairing. Many thanks.
I am in the same fix not to sure wether to repair my own or get replacement? Did you find a reliable supplier?
I got a complete imported 2.8 engine for my Colt for about 16k.

Guys, I still sit with a very good Di-D engine, which makes a great upgrade from the 2.8, since the engine blocks are just about identical.

My 6G74 engine 2002 Pajero Exceed overheated and was repaired by replacing head gasket and machining the head. Since the repairs were done, its performance has deteriorated because it keeps on dying on the road, very low revs and misfiring. Is there anything I can do to rectify the problem. If not where can I buy a new or reconditioned engine? Please assist. Elvis
