Hi everyone
I am planning to replace the lash adjusters on my 1996 3.5 V6 Pajero. Mitsubishi want R7000 for the 24 lifters and then valve cover seal kit and labour on top of that. That's way more than 10% of the vehicle's value.
What are my other options? I have been told of a top quality non genuine part and a poor quality non genuine part that should be avoided. Where do I find a decent non genuine part in Port Elizabeth?
Ps. I have tried various engine oils and currently run Delo400, but I can't stand the tick anymore. Windows closed and radio turned up and I can still here them.
