Seroious petrol leak

Good morning.

My 6G72 engine has a very serious leak behind the engine only when it is running. I can not get in to locate the leak.

Has anybody got an idea where I can start looking for this leak?

Found it. The top O-rings around the injectors were worn. Replaced the and now she runs like a dream again.
