Injector and injector pump replacement parts
Hi guys, Im new to the pajie famaly and was hoping I could ask for some help. I bought a 2003 3.2 DiD SWB Pajero as a project car. When I bought the car the injectors and injector pump was missing. apparently the previous owner took them off to have them refurbished/repaired and they have since gone missing. Subsequently I need replacement parts and I have not been able to track any down thus far. I was hoping that one of you guys might be able to help me out or point me in the right direction?

I'm beginning to think that I am going to have to start trawling the scrap yards.

Basically I need to know 2 things:
1 where can I get replacement parts?
2 Approximately how much should the parts cost?

I am on a bit of a budget so i don't want to be taken for a ride by a parts dealer
Re: Injector and injector pump replacement parts
Welcome to the forum!

The zexel dual stage Injectors are about R5-6k for a new set, not sure if it is worth going second hand in unknown condition, refurbished units are only slightly cheaper than new.
Injector pump anything from R25k upwards for a second hand unit off a wrecked pajero, hellishly pricy units. New pump from the stealers is something like R90k last time I heard!

Please keep us posted(with pics) to the outcome of your project, it's always nice to see a resurrected pajero on the road again!

Wow ok, that is a lot more than I planned on. Thank you for the info, its a big help. seems my entire budget for the project is going to be spent on the pump alone.

Not the end of the world, i will just have to extend the deadline for the completion of the project.
