If somebody would be so kind as to look under their Gen 3 3.2 did and tell me where the hell this vacuum pipe comes from so i can plug it on here it would make my Easter weekend!! also if you could tell me what these parts are called and what they do,would educate quite a few mechanics around the cape peninsula! :)please help

From memory of my Gen3 that looks like the pipe connection for the boost control on your turbo.

It's not a train smash that there is nothing on the diaphragm. The pipe that goes onto it only pulls vacuum when you switch the engine off. Over time it can accumulate dirt into the system so find the little pipe and connect or blank it.
