Bad experience from a Mitsibushi dealer
Thought I would share this recent experience.
I was on my way to the Kgalagadi when my 2016 Exceeds battery started acting up.
I decided that it was not a problem as the vehicle has a 3 year cover.
Surprise, the dealer (closest to Twee Rivieren) wanted me to pay for it.
After explaining, still patiently, that it is for their account they still refused. At this point in time they have consulted all their people and the consensus was that I must pay.
So I phoned the Witbank dealer and asked him to speak to these workers.
Three minutes later all had red faces and started to apologise to me for not understanding how the Mitsi warranty claims work.
I cannot comprehend how a dealership can claim this.
I know Pajero is good but not to know how warranties work!
I am of the opinion that they are lazy and prefer the shortcut to get their money instead of waiting for Liquid Capital to pay.
Maybe they just prefer to sell MB products.
Then off I ended up with a Midas battery as there was nothing in stock (??.)
Not a good experience - especially after a previous very good eperience when they serviced my swb on a very short notice over the Dec period.

I suppose you talking about the Upington club.
All depends on who you encounter when you walk in as your first encounter I guess.
