Hi All
My sunroof frame seems rusted beyond repair (whole lip is gone). Quote from dealers for steel frame only was R12000 (excl glass and rubber). Currently it is siliconed up with fuse removed.
I have read the the previous threads regarding rusty sunroof frames (a common Pajero problem it seems). I`m in Gauteng, if anybody comes across a second hand frame (pref with glass/rubber) please let me know

I have two pajero's with same problems .
A new sunroof frame is in the region of R25K.

I too have the same problem! Too expensive to replace!! Is there a video / instructions somewhere explaining how to remove the sunroof - perhaps one could somehow construct a home repair?

Mine has been sealed, it was leaking and the rubber around the frame is not cheap.
I think it's less work to disable the motor and then seal it with an appropriate sealant. Atleast you still have some light coming through the glass!
