I have just finished three heavy duty cross bars (still to be powder coated) which cost me a few hundred bucks whereas the specialist wanted around R2K each

Not to be rude but drawings will be excelent. Your's wont fit mine (Pajero IO) but I can surely use the design. What spot lights did you use? I enquired about spots a while back as shown underneath at Burnco and the guys said only the spots is +-R4000. You mentioned that its a three piece bumper with your center piece (winch part) being your base but I still see some welding holding it together. Can you maybe take some more pictures with a explanation?

Fielies the the welding you see is to hold the side bumper to the upright. In otherwords the upright and side bumper is one unit. Winch base the next, and that will bolt on to the two sides once they are fitted and then your oppisite upright and bumper a unit. I have tried now to upload the drawings, but it is not going.
The Spots on the roof and the spots on the bumper I bought in Tanzania. I travel up to Tanzania atleast four times a year and I bought it there. I will try again tonight and see if I can download the drawings

Those bumpers look great. Drawings would be much appreciated, as would more pictures. I can't really tell from the pictures, but I assume you have hi-lift jack points on the bumpers?

As Thinus said, he is away from home at the moment and these two images are the only ones that he has with him on his laptop. You will note that they show some details of the bumper corner pieces, but not of the winch plate section.
I would be happy to upload any other drawings that Thinus may have and could mail to me and have sent him a mail stating this.
