mach changed his mind bout the rings, now says the turbo is causing the leak. paj is back with me now, decided the old man is not clued up on diesel engines and is reluctant to remove the diesel pump. i will now attempt the repair of the leak.

turbo has oil on the compression side. any one changed the gasket, can it be DIY

any issues to look out for when removing and installing the diesel pump?

update, it was not the sump leaking, it was the o ring on the fuel pump.
