Is it the original motor? Yes
Any major work? Normal maintenance only, belts, shocks, brakes, tyres etc.

I've driven plenty 4x4..in my life, from heavy armour plated military, down to a a swb defender... my favourites are still Unimog, Gelandewagen, but My Pajeree reigns supreme!

I knocked the right mirror on a tree, if anyone could help me, with a kinda used one!

Losing power

I bought a 2004 Pajero 3.2 SWB recently. To get extra oemf I took it to get a performance chip fitted. Guys told me I have a problem because the vehicle only delivers 92 kw in stead of the normal 121. They told me it could be the manifold that is blocked. Looks like trial and error-time for me.
Anybody have some ideas?

Is it the original motor? Yes
Any major work? Normal maintenance belts, shocks, brakes, tyres etc.
Would I swap it? Only for another Pajero.

Any major work? Normal maintenance: belts, shocks, brakes, tyres, water-pump, left front inner and outer CV's, Power flow free-flow, Dastek Uni-chip and K&N Panel filter..
Would I swap it? Only for a newer model Pajero. :lol:

Busy doing head- cracked due to overheating, hole in radiator, somebody else driving car.
removed engine to get access to oil pressure sensor threaded section which was broken off in block.
the intention is then do a overhaul as well

I have been unable to afford to look after her properly, so I am so impressed that it runs at all.

Hi,

My 2008 3.2 SWB diesel is due for a 180 000 service

Any suggestions where I can get it serviced in the Johannesburg area ?

There is a guy called Stan on a plot on Cedar Road next door to the Montessori school, I don't have the details handy but I'm sure a quick search will reveal all.
