Hi Roelf. Are we going to pack up camp on Saturday morning and if so can i park the trailer somewhere for the day to collect when we done to set up camp again or can we leave camp as is for Saturday while we "tie the dots"?
More fully explained:
The plan is to set up camp Friday late afternoon/early evening. Spend the night with a braai and a few beers in the "lager". Sat morning we head out 8-ish to drop down back to Sheba. If there is a need, we can catch a quick shower at the mine changehouse.
From there we drive on tar road for 20km to the startpoint for tying in the dots. We'll spend most of the day in the mountain, including a picnic lunch at Thomas.
We should be back in camp by late afternoon for another night in the lager.
Sunday morning we break camp and all head off home again

Hi Gents.
Here is another update.
I met with Mark, at Diggers Retreat, today. We will all meet there, to leave at 4pm. Arrive at your "leasure" and enjoy the hospitality, pool and bar until everybody is there for our departure at 4pm.
I also visited the camp site and am satisfied that all is well there. We will have plenty Bloekom (dunno what the Ausies call those trees) wood to burn.
Please Google "Diggers Retreat" to ensure you know where it is. If in doubt, contact me on my cell. Cloyd, I'll PM my cell right now.

The Barberton weather is glorious at the moment. Please make sure you have adequate hat and sunscreen protection for Saturday.
Day minus zero
My wish is for everybody to arrive safely in Barberton and that everybody will have a pleasant and memorable weekend.
I have done all I can from my side, now we are in the hands of the car gods and the weather gods.
