Please tell me what is the difrence between the Triton 3.2 Di-D motor and the one that is in the Di-D Pajero. Will it fit to my Pajero?

AFAIK they are identical but the extras and engine mountings might be different.

But........ as I have come to know mitsubishi I wouldn't be surprised if it is a direct bolt on swap.

The engine blocks are identical, but as Marius said, some peripherals might be different, eg
  • engine mountings
  • AC pump
  • alternator
  • vacuum pump
  • inlet manifold
  • inlet ducting
  • outlet manifold
  • water hose connections
  • etc

Thinus, just be aware that the Triton uses a common rail injection version of the DiD, while the Gen 3 DiD has a more old fashioned electronically controlled rotary injection pump system. The engine ECU in your car most certainly won't work with the common rail motor, so you will have to transplant the Triton's engine as well as all the electronics (ECU, loom, sensors).

Thinus, that would be a Gen 4, if I am not mistaken, so it would also have a common rail version of the DiD motor.

A transplant might still be possible, but you would have to get all of the electronics (ECUs, sensors, looms) and be ready to be a pioneer. Perhaps it would be best to buy the whole wreck, to transplant the motor and then to sell what is left as parts.

If you can get the engine with all the electric / electronic bits for that price, it's a bargain.
Don't under-estimate the labour cost. If a workshop does it for you, it might not be viable.
The only way is to get a lump sum price for the completed project, not an "open ticket" hourly rate.
