Dear friends,

I've been pretty long time a member of your community even though I'm living very far from your country. I had learned a lot from different experience of Pajero owners and user here.
THANK YOU EVERYBODY, FRIENDS.
Now, I've to sold my Pajero due to lack of time and less opportunities to travel long off road tracks to south part of Europe and Middle East destinations, very attractive for me.
Due to war activities and migration troubles this part of world is in chaos now, not safe enough to travel alone. We will see in future, what will happen, maybe it will be better.
Just to be sure, I'm keeping my Nissan Patrol car still as a member of family.

Regarding my activities, I put stress to my all-the-life love - flying. After nearly 30-yeras professional flight record I've started flying small double-seat aircraft, different types but ultralight up to 600kg Maximum Take-Off Weight.
Be honest, it is very similar to off-road, just it is not bush-driving but bush-flying.
So, maybe even inside Pajero community I can find somebody with the same interests, who knows.

Sorry to hear about your troubles over there in your country! It is very bad that it have basically made you sell your Pajero.

Enjoy the flying. I am sure it is "slightly" more difficult than off roading.

Hi,
it's just a concurrent reason, definitely not the main - simply, I have not enough time and planning is more difficult now, that's all. Even my off road friends are not ready to travel to South all time as well, everybody are more cautious, so trip is very complicated to plan and arrange.
Pajero vent to good owner, I'm happy.
You know, my Pajero had enough improvements, like DiffLockers on the all axles, HF/UHF radios, remote controlled spotlight,bull-bars, winch 12000lbs, rock-sliders etc. so I'm very proud of it.
Flying is nice and I will definitely try to fly "off-road" style as well.
I will put some pictures here if it will be possible, just for fun.

I have a 1996 Mk 2 Pajero.
Diesel LWB which I bought in Cyprus in 2006
I imported it and registered it after a Dvla COC.
I still use it daily and have had the 4x4 light come on
You must reverse it in 4 wheel drive once a week
The normal service items and the key to any TLC is good oil
Millers oil has been charged every 6 k.
The only brake down was diesel pump and was fixed in Ipswich
By a engine specialist called diasco.
A very realible 6 seater who has been to island of Mull Scotland and down to
Bordeaux in France.
