OMAN Offroad Adventure 2011 February
First of all I have to say that this trip was not Pajero trip, we had hired vehicles in Sultanate Oman due to really big distance form Central Europe and short time for this adventure. I hope it will be still interesting for Pajero owners as there are Pajeros and L200 very popular especially in the north highlands.

We had hired Nissan Patrol GR (Y61), version GL, GCCC edition (4,5 litre petrol engine, 5-speed manual transmission with reduction gearbox, without differential-lock, 90litres main tank, 40-50 litres subtank) tyres Bridgestone Dueller AT 235/85R16.
Whole trip was 2400km from Muscat to Masirah Island across desert Wahiba Sands, way back was across desert to the north mountains and back to the capital Muscat. We were sleeping in tents, carrying supplies of the local food and water.
We have plenty of pictures, video files...just need the time to process all material. Some small sample for you. And my personal opinion: beautiful country and people.
