Hi All,

A friend of mine has a problem with his 3.8 Paj that it just dies sometimes when he selects reverse. He then battles to restart it. Any ideas what it could be? The local dealers don't know and they say no error code gets logged.

I'd start looking at the micro-switches on the gear lever.

I have exactly the same issue with my Pajero at the moment. The are going to try and replace some or other switch on the gear lever, I say try because they are not sure..

This seemed to have gotten wet on my river crossing...
