I own a 2000 3.5 V6 Lwb and what a great vehicle. The milage is low and we only use the vehicle for family outings and trips to interesting places. The vehicle has suddenly started to be heavy on fuel and when she idles, it seems to be hunting. Any suggestions on what to look for or who to take it to.

You might have a listen to your Intake manifold as the butterfly valve in the manifold's bushes wear out and it sucks air through that gap and messes around with the airflow monitor as is the case with me.
I understand the butterfly directs air through the manifold the long or short way and with mine you can actually feel on the open road when the butterfly changes the air route . My next project is to remove the maniflod and send it in for machining. If you are in Gauteng area you might have Mitspro do it for you.
