Hi guys

If you REALLY serious about fuel consumption figures and a few more details of whats going on in the motor, Garmin has an OBD 2 plug reader with Bluetooth connectivity to a GPS unit.

Looks like a nice toy....
Especially the engine codes etc

Only issue seems to be availability / support in SA.

Who has the connections to establish price Etc?

Be sure that your Paj is OBD-II compliant before purchasing any OBD-II device. My 2006 DiD model does not seem compliant. It's got the right plug, but my OBD-II reader is unable to communicate with the ECU of the Paj. :(

The reader works fine on my Audi A4, though!

Only American Pajeros and those made after 2009 (iirc) will be OBDII compliant. All others only support MUT-II/III. The actual plug is the same, so don't be fooled if you manage to plug the OBD-II device in.
