Hi Everyone
Im new to the site and need to know where I can get new bushes for the intake manifold butterfly valves as mine are badly worn and the engineering guy I use says he cant cut the centre hole, which is a 2/3 profile hole. I dont have a second vehicle so I need to buy replacements.Are these bushes meant to have an o-ring or not?
Your help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately those bushes only comes with a new manifold.
Had the same problem and mine was machined by eng. shop and yes the intake side from front of manifold must have a "o" ring as it will suck in air there and mess with the whole system.
New manifold from Mitsu about R4000,00
eng should not charge more than about R600 to machine and install.
