I have narrowed down my smoking paj problem to the EGR solenoids.

My question is are the EGR solenoids of 2.5 and 2.8 engines similar? The dealer here in Gaborone is selling the pair for P2189

I thought bthe EGR valve was all mechanical?

Blank off the EGR pipe with a blank flange (read on http://www.pocuk.com/forums/). That costs virtually P0.00!
