Cam seals

Hi there
Advise is again needed
I have this burning oil smell after driving my car-checked and saw the rocker covers was leaking so i replaced those caskets,but still the smell was there.
So this morning i got under the beast
and saw the seals at the back off the heads is oily,how do they come out and can i do it without taking the motor out or removing the rocker covers again?
