Pajero Owners Club of South Africa

The guys at Mitsubishi apparently don't have this part even showing on their system after I spent 30 min with the part guy going through his computer....
Is there anybody who can advise on how to go about finding one?
It's shown in the 4M40 workshop manual on page 11A-28-1 as part number 20.
