3.8 into Gen 2

Do any of you guys now anything about fitting the 3.8 into a Gen 2 Pajero?
These blokes http://www.rpw.com.au/shop/index.php?op ... &Itemid=85 are offering the swap but won't give out any info.
And seeing as they are on the other side of the country to me, they may as well be in another country.
