I intend replacing my entire exhaust system on my - 1998 SWB 3000L GLX ECI Multi Valve with a free flow system. Has anyone done this as the fitment centre says that it will be too noisy as only two boxes are fitted. Will this improve performance and consumption or should i stick to the original system? Any advice out there? Thanks Keith

Do a search on the forum - the freeflow issue has been discussed a few times.

On a petrol motor a freeflow will be noisy, but you will see a slight improvement on consumption and engine responsiveness. I ended up only changing on box on my 3.5V6 to freeflow.
