Gen 3 V6: Check engine light intermittent under full power

Hi guys!
I've had the "check engine" light come on momentarily twice in the last month or so ... once during hard accelaration to overtake with a caravan in tow, and once when sommer just acccelarating hard. It comes on for a secons or two and then goes off again. No noise, no high temps, no loss of power. Anuy ideas?
