Service Tips

I'm planning on doing minor services on my '94 Gen 2 3.0 V6 myself for now on and would like if anyone has an advise.
I'm no mechanic but don't mind getting my hands dirty.
In my checklist:
1. Spark plugs, think of getting the Bosch 4 point, any advise?
2. Engine oil change, what would be the best oil to use on an older vehicle like this?
3. Oil filter
4. Air filter, planning on getting a BMC performance filter (hopefully reduces fuel consumption)
5. Top up fluids, any though I check these before and after every trip.
6. Service interval - 10,000 km due to the cars age.
