4M40 electronic fuel pump.

Previously my pajero had a check light indicate there is error with my engine Throttle Positioning Sensor. After checked with mechanic, they confirm the error is from the computer chip on my fuel pump.
After i change the fuel pump computer chip, my car idle is not stable when rpm below 1000.
Then i back to my mechanic, they change another computer chip for me. Now my car idle is back to normal. However, another problem accur. When i press the pedal, the car seems dont want to go. Its like the fuel pump doesnt want to give the engine the fuel. Called the mechanic and now he says it might be my injector problem.
Anyone facing the same problem after change the fuel pump computer chip?
